Situated on a compact site in East Rutherford, 368 Paterson Avenue embraces the corner with its massing which now completes a once vacant urban lot.  The traditional style of the building is accented with details including a faux slate roof, steel beam lintel with rosettes, and mansard dormers.  Within the interior, a ten foot high ceiling and large windows create a loft-like feel for the second floor main living areas. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided all civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design services.
