The second phase of a long-term project to revitalize the downtown of East Orange, New Jersey, Brick Church commons consisted of the planning and development of three buildings U-shape create a housing community that is private yet connected to the downtown. Located adjacent to the NJ Transit Brick Church rail station, residents are able to easily commute to and from nearby cities including Newark, Jersey City, and New York City. Brick Church commons is predominately a market rate project and features 38,000 sqft of ground floor retail. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided all civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design services as well as construction administration services.
