New construction of a 31unit apartment building located within the Liberty Harbor development of downtown Jersey City.

Located within downtown Jersey City, The Junction is a successful addition to the thriving development of Liberty Harbor. Situated between historic districts, Paulus Hook and Van Vorst, this new 31 unit rental building creates a striking presence within a historic setting. A balance between contemporary design and traditional elements of classic Jersey City row homes is achieved through the compilation of a variety of materials. Red brick and cast stone are utilized to create a classic row house ‘feel’ while gray zinc panels and frameless glass create a modern presence at the street corner. Inglese Architecture and Engineering provided all architectural and MEP design services.
