The combination of sustainable design strategies coupled with transit oriented development has aided this development in winning a 2016 Excellence in Housing and
Economic Development Award, specifically in Economic Development Mixed-Use.  A mix of for-sale condominiums and market-rate and affordable rental apartments, both Linc 32 & 52 have been designated LEED Platinum and Energy Star certified.  The buildings utilize energy efficient equipment, high performance windows, and air-tight construction.  Inglese Architecture + Engineering provided all architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP design services as well as construction administration services.
