315 Railroad Ave is a 2-story, 23 unit residential project in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  The design of this adaptive re-use warehouse aims to highlight the existing brick, industrial building with a modern second floor addition, bringing new life to the original site.  The large, factory style windows paired with the new second floor bays allow for unique loft apartments and flats with outdoor terraces.  This design will be a great supplement to the lovely town of East Rutherford.
