Located near McGinley Square in Jersey City, Fairview Heights is a new 9 story mixed-income residential building which will include 92 units and rooftop amenity space. In addition to the construction of the new 9 story residential building, a second phase of the project will include the restoration of the YMCA’s former pool building.
