The Madison Townhomes project is comprised of 7 townhome cluster buildings, all ranging in size from 2 to 3 stories in height. The overall development contains 44 dwelling units spread across 2 project sites located within the vicinity of downtown Madison. The project intends to meet Passive House Institute US (PHIUS), which will include energy efficient framing, insulating, fenestration and heating/cooling techniques, as well as rooftop solar arrays to provide additional power on site to meet the project goals.
